Suddenly life means so much

I love the Rascal Flatts. "Feels Like Today" is probably one of the greatest CD's, in my opinion. If you do not own it I highly suggest it, I'll burn it for you if you'd like.

After reading Sara's ungodly amazing entry, I realized a whole lot. Some of which I have realized before and just couldn't put it into words like she did, and some of which I really hadn't thought much about. The whole unpredictable, weather analogy... brilliant. I don't know what else to say about it. It's the perfect way to describe life.

Recently, I have been 'happy', but not the reaaal happy that I can and should be. I try to force myself to pretend everything is okay and I'm my same self but just doesn't work sometimes. Summer is about 2/3 of the way done. Sorry, don't like reminding anyone of that but point is, I really need to enjoy the rest of it to it's full potential because like everything else in life, it certainly won't last forever. Summer will be over before we know it. The last real summer we'll ever be able to experience. Surely, I can't sit here and wish different things because they just aren't meant to be right now at this point in my life.

My friends are the best. NO other way to put it. Without them, who knows where the hell I'd be. John's comments of being tasered. Kelly "shocking" it. These friends are out of the ordinary, rare. How did we suddenly get lucky enough to know 349874 Brookfield guys and become extremely close? Never not seeing at least one of them about every day of summer, and even during the school weeks. The bond is unbelieable and can't be broken. Too strong.

I will be 18 on Thursday. one. eight. Holy shit. That's "old." I can't believe it. I'm going to the wonderful Olive Garden with the girls, then coming back here? Sleeping in Domack's camper as well. Ahh, gonna be a fun night I just know it. Saturday night will probably be the big party here...not for sure yet.

Well I should probably go finish getting ready- Senior Pictures round 2 today since the other day was raining, even though it's not exactly sunny today either. Oh well. Sorry for the random thoughts that were thrown into this entry. What can ya do? Later pals.
